On the day of the game, it is expected that the collection point（Will-Call) to change your tickets will be very crowded.
Please come to the venue well in advance, as you may not be able to collect your tickets before kick-off.[/b]

Step 1: Go to the Ticket Collection Point on either of the days below.
Step 2: Show the staff the following items:
*The credit card you used to pay for your reservation (the actual card)
*Your passport or personal identification card
*Your application number (10 digits)

Step 3: Receive your ticket(s)

Básicamente lo que dice es que se retiran los días de partido, si mal no entendí podes ir en cualquiera de esos días. Se retiran en los 2 estadios, osaka y yokohama. Hay que ir con tiempo porque se llena de gente
