Claramente lo del padre y la escuela estaba premeditado, hay que ver que paso después. Porque hace un rato escuché que la madre fue encontrada muerta en la casa, ahi cambia la cosa.
decian que mato en la casa al padre, luego que seria un hermano u otro familiar y en el colegio a la madre chicos y otros adultos que habran intentado actuar…pero es confuso a cada rato te la cambian.
Seguramente tienen más que en Argentina porque la posesión de armas es mucho mayor, pero eso no quita que sean una sociedad asesina y psicópata. Tengamos en cuenta que también tienen 260 millones de personas más que nosotros.
Por cierto, me encantaría saber de dónde sacaste los datos.
Y bue, no quiero decir que se jodan pero estas cosas siempre se aumentan porque pasan en yankelandia y el mundo las llora, pasan cosas mas graves alrededor del mundo como para darle tanta tapa a esta noticia

Intento no caer en las generalizaciones sobre la sociedad estadounidense porque es un poco más complejo. Les recomiendo People’s History of the United States de Howard Zinn (acá creo que le metieron “La Otra Historia de los Estados Unidos”) sobre todos los que quedaron del otro lado en cada paso que dio Estados Unidos como país. Interesantísimo.
Hasta que no saquen eso de la libre portación de armas va a seguir habiendo masacres como estas lamentablemente…

No se si especificamente sea este caso, pero las tragedias escolares son principalmente por este factor. Haya en EE.UU es mucho peor, hay millones de casos.
Estan los que se terminan con su vida o los que les agarran estos ataques de ira.
El acoso escolar es una especie de tortura, metódica y sistemática, en la que el agresor sume a la víctima, a menudo con el silencio, la indiferencia o la complicidad de otros compañeros.1
No hace falta vivir en USA para ver eso, en cualquier lado es asi, jaja.
Sí obvio… Pero allá es peor que en cualquier lado…
Lean los comentarios de la gente en CNN.com. Realmente muy interesantes y estoy de acuerdo en varios puntos con ellos. Creo que en USA debería haber un mejor control de armas, pero no creo que esa sea la solucion, aunque si creo que es una (pequeña) parte del problema.

The truth is we as a society are becoming more and more selfish, we get divorced and force children into terrible home situations. Our kids are no longer raised by loving mothers at home they do not get any real discipline and are not really taught any morals or integrity anymore. As a society the more we pull away from God and faith based morality we will see more and more of these things happening. What is wrong with a young man walking into to a school and killing children when as a society we have legalized the murder of innocent children everyday with abortion? We let the children play video games where the main objectives are to murder, and steal.
We want to blame all the wrong people and all the circumstances surrounding the these individuals that do these crazy things. The truth is if these shooters were raised in a well balanced family home where the parents really taught discipline, morality, integrity and instilled some character into these kids we would not have to ask these questions. Why did it happen, because as a society we are more concerned about “me” and our own personal needs. What if you kids were the true priority in your life, maybe hen you would not want to have that affair or give into the lust, maybe you would work harder to make a marriage work and raise your children in a disciplined loving home.

I agree with you to a point. I do believe it is possible to raise children with high degrees of discipline, morality, integrity and character outside of a religious framework. If one chooses to use that as a means to an end, that is certainly one’s choice but it is not the only way.
I agree, we have culturally gravitated towards a “me” outlook and often look to blame others or something rather than demonstrate and instill personal accountability in ourselves and our kids. Parents need to build a framework for kids by setting the examples, through discipline, and by being a kids parent and not their “friend.”
I don’t know enough about this particular shooter yet to comment on his homelife but one of the things that is at the heart of most of these shootings is a person with mental health issues. And we as a country need to take a hard look as to how we have failed miserably to address the needs of the mentally ill in this country and how we serverely limit the ways in which the people who know and love them are able to address the problem - particularly when that child is no longer a minor.

I agree in part. We have grown into a selfish, grotesque nation. We are no longer a society of doing the right thing. We are a society of fast schemes and a right now mentality, all while pampering society to a point it can no longer deal with controversy and a mindset that becomes distraught at rejection and failure. We blame someone else in the day of the lawsuit, loose morals, and the quick buck. For all intents, it is not about movies and video games, but about the movies and video games being a babysitter, greed, and lack of responsibility as individuals.
No gun laws will stop anything, guns are far too rampant and widely distributed,as is, for anything other than search and seizures to be effective. I do not even know why this article mentioned health benefits. That is utterly ridiculous and not even a point.
The biggest thing being left unsaid, is why, in a society that is quick to become spiteful and full of malice, are the kids not better protected? There will always be crime, but this is an absurdity. We obviously need better surveillance and professionals in high spot areas. Maybe the government can quit wasting money on useless endeavors, and do something useful for one. Something that actually matters, not bringing up tired issues that have no relevance.

Los chabones decían que el nivel de competencia y precion al que te llevan en esos colegios es extremo, y te hace entrar en un Estado de locura… o algo así… eso unido con lo facil que es conseguir un arma desenlasa en esto.

No creo que sea cuestión de la escuela. Cada uno de los casos, me parece, tienen que ver con cuestiones personales que nada tienen que ver con la institución: me parece que los que hacen estas barbaridades son personas con (fijos o eventuales) desórdenes mentales.
Enfermos hay en todos lados, pero la libertad que tienen para portar armas hace la diferencia, estoy seguro que si aca hubiera la misma libertad pasaría exactamente lo mismo…
La verdad no conosco a profundidad como funcionara una escuela en EEUU, así que no te podría decir que si o no… pero te puedo asegurar que una escuela como ambito social en el cual un joven se desenvuevle es MUY responsable de su estado animico, no completamente claro esta… pero no ayudar a un “enfermo”, es ser complice de este…
el resultado de ser una sociedad muy capitalista, que locura, que se le habra pasado por la cabeza al que disparo.
