La inmobiliaria de Larreta está a full… el otro día anduve caminando por el bajo Belgrano, del otro lado de Libertador, donde siempre fue un barrio de casas bajas de 1 o 2 plantas… Resulta que ahora muchas casas tienen un afiche ploteado dandole con todo a Larreta. Resulta que Larreta quería cambiar DE FACTO el código de planeamiento urbano para poder hacer edificios en esa zona. Si hace eso, se va a la mierda el barrio, tiran abajo chalets hermosos para tener el lote donde construir un edificio. Ese Larreta no tiene escrúpulos, el tipo te vende hasta a la madre. Es tremendo el desastre edilicio que se hizo en la ciudad. Igual… aunque gobierne un libertario o kirchnerista, el negociado inmobiliario se haría igual… no es una cuestion del PRO… De hecho los kerneristas le votaron a favor cada cambio del codigo de edificacion. Es un tremendo negocio que parece que nadie puede evitar caer en eso. Imaginate la guita que se mueve para que a uno que tiene una casita de 100 metros cuadrados le ofrezcan 1 millon de dolares para comprarla y conseguir el lote… una casita que valdria 100 o 150 lucas verdes como mucho, y le ofrecen 1 palo verde. Imaginate el negociado que hacen los constructores Hijos de Mil Putas vendiendo deptos totalmente sobre-valuados. Y parece que alguno los compra, porque sino no se entiende. ---

Capacidad de gestión le dicen ahora a crear 10 mil secretarias para llenarlas de ñoquis de la JPro, a remover baldosas sanas todos los días para cambiarlas inexplicablemente generando gasto publico, a hacer un curro con las tarjetas de combustible de la policía de la ciudad, a hacer un curro del acarreo de autos levantando a cualquiera, a arruinar todas las obras viales de la ciudad destrozando el transito y llenando de bicisendas todo.
