Lo peor es que las relaciones con China y Rusia no fueron ni la mitad de lo que podrían haber sido (armamento, inversiores, infraestructura) ---

Porque no nos querían como aliados, querían implementar lo que hacen en África, y que seamos una pseudo colonia dependiente de ellos, el primer paso era el swap, que seguimos siendo dependientes de este aunque no queramos, al menos durante cierto tiempo ---
