por lo que entendí con los voucher se incentiva la competencia educativa entre colegios y esa competencia mejora la calidad educativa . a mi no me cierra porque estamos ablando de la educación publica y no me puedo imaginar a una escuela cerrando sus puertas por falta de alumnos ---

Cuando dejas todo librado al mercado, rompes la guita y el laburo de la argentinos. Esto ya lo vivimos varias veces. Pensás que la inflación te rompe el bolsillo? Espera a ver con ingresos cero. Ya esto eso es una red flag gigante. Ya pasó esto, eh. No es una propuesta novedosa. Massa propone elegir ganadores locales. Listo, su propuesta es mil veces mejor. Me podría explayar en otros puntos, pero esto es irreductible y definitorio. Liberalismo en Argentina es igual a desocupación de dos dígitos. Ya lo vivimos en 3 oportunidades. Cuántas veces más necesitan chocarse con lo mismo? ---

Eso es totalmente cierto, no hay forma de esconderlo y negarlo. La educación se cae a pedazos, una parte por cuestiones de indole global y otra en la que si es responsable el gobierno. El nivel cultural promedio de los jovenes esta decayendo mucho en un mundo que hoy da muchas más herramientas que hace 50 años. No puede ser que nuestros abuelos con primaria sin terminar sepan resolver todas las operaciones básicas aritmeticas y los pibes de hoy salgan de secundaria sin saber análizar una simple función cuadratica. Ni me meto en cuestiones de lenguaje… Después también es cierto que el fenomeno de redes sociales y las facilidades para acceder a conocimiento, sumado a que hoy se exigen mayor variedad de habilidades, tuvieron muchisimo que ver con eso, pero ahí es donde la vara debería subirse y no bajarse. Si un pibe te llega con un TP hecho (que ahora pagan a gente para que se los hagan) tomas un oral y pones de manifiesto si saben o no…pero no, los profesores por no inmiscuirse en problemas, te ponen el gancho y listo ---
