Es más No solo propongo eso si no que también propongo la compra por fuera de America / Mercosur es válida entre el club y la familia de el jugador desde los 15 años sin necesidad de autorización de el club al que pertenece ---

hay que averigurar si la conmebosta se esta llevando alguna cometa por cada jugador sudaca vendido a europa, asi sea del 1% igual en este caso , no se si se tendria que tratar en conmebol o mercosur ---
