El Representante de socios forma parte de la Asamblea de socios, que es donde se toman en última instancia muchas de las decisiones importantes. La función del representante es votar a favor, en contra, abstención, siempre mocionando previamente y exponiendo los motivos. En general se trata presupuesto, balance, etc., y alguna que otra decisión en la que la CD no puede tomar la decisión final sin la aprobación de la Asamblea. Los temas a tratar pasan antes por la Comisión Fiscalizadora, que no decide pero analiza y recomienda a la Asamblea qué decisión tomar. ---

Creo que los primeros 2 años (hay 2 asambleas por año) voy a estar calladito tomando apuntes. A partir del 3er año voy a pedir la palabra y el 4to directamente me voy a boxear con los donofristas ---
